A great verse to illuminate the folly of sin and the sinner themselves. Altough, perhaps we, despite our eternal salvation, would do well to remember this verse also!
A little clip…
Found this little clip to-day. I think it brilliantly captures and contrasts the raw, pure passion of Leonard Ravenhill and the irreverent, ungodly nature of the modern ‘preachers’ cluttering our congregations and leading the flock astray.

Who needs drums and guitars?
It seems that nowadays, churches want to be modern, relevant and entertaining when it comes to the subject of music. These are three things which Christ never required of His Church and never ordained. Perhaps this was becase there was never any need for drums and guitars when man’s voice can create such beautiful sounds and harmonies by itself.

I don’t think there are any other words that could describe those prunes in government who want to make ’sex education’ compulsary for children as young as five. Imagine teaching a 5-year old about sexuality and intercourse! How much lower can those in power sink?

Don’t get me wrong, UK ID cards are not the mark of the beast (although I wouldn’t advise anyone to go out and purchase one!) - But sometimes you have to wear down the resolve of the people first, and make bad things a little more acceptable – The British Government have been doing that for years.
